About Me

Hello, my name is Heather Callahan and I am chief cook and bottle washer of the H Callahan Group, purveyors of fine homes and land in North Idaho. I work with Keller Williams Realty in Coeur d’Alene to provide my clients with the information they need to make knowledgeable real estate decisions. On my website you will find things like covenants conditions and restrictions and plat maps for some North Idaho subdivisions. These files are for reference only and may not be the most current versions available. My husband and I live with our two boys and two dogs on two acres in Dalton Gardens, just north of Coeur d’Alene. We enjoy all of the natural resources North Idaho has to offer and on this website you will see photos of many of the places we have seen in our adventures. Like many people that live in North Idaho I grew up in Northern California, but my Idaho roots run deep. my great-grandparents homesteaded where the Coeur d'Alene Airport terminal is and they purchased 160 acres for $12 back in 1890. I remember coming to Coeur d'Alene only as a child in the summers to visit my grandparents in spending time at the lake.
