GMAC Real Estate Northwest Executive Team BRAD JORDAN Designated Broker / Owner A lifetime resident of Coeur d’Alene, Brad began his real estate career as a Sales Associate in 1979 with Coeur d’Alene Realty and received his Broker’s License in 1982. In 1984, Brad and his father, Elmer, teamed up to form Jordan Co. Realty. Jordan Co Real Estate merged with the Better Homes and Gardens franchise in the late 1980's and then through many mergers and acquisitions, the company grew and when the Real Estate Division of GM Corporation, the third largest company in the world, purchased Better Homes and Gardens, Brad took advantage of the GMAC Brand and joined the franchise to become GMAC Real Estate Northwest. As Broker/Owner of one of the main players in the Coeur d’Alene area real estate market, GMAC Real Estate Northwest, Brad is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional service to both the public and to his Sales Associates.  PATRICK HALL Associate Broker / Owner Patrick Hall was Broker/Owner of REMAX Masters Coeur d’Alene from late 1996 through mid-2002, when he joined forces with Brad Jordan to establish GMAC Real Estate Northwest. Patrick has been active in all aspects of real estate for more than 30 years. Patrick has been named to the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors’® “Circle of Excellence” and held the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club designation. Prior to his real estate career, Patrick was in the Air Force, served in Vietnam, worked as a member of the Los Angeles Police Department, and started his own security company in Southern California. Patrick has devoted seven years to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Kootenai Animal Shelter.
